The provision of further data may be helpful for the provision of services or enquiries, but is not mandatory (voluntary information). You can have your user account deleted at any time by sending an e-mail to us at the contact details given under “Person responsible”, if necessary in compliance with retention periods under tax and commercial law. We use this data exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes. This data is not passed on to third parties or other companies, except to the logistics companies commissioned by us to carry out the dispatch.

Log files

Each time you access our site, we collect the following information about your computer: your computer’s IP address, your browser’s request and the time of this request. In addition, we record the status and the amount of data transferred as part of this request, as well as product and version information about the browser used and the operating system of your computer. We also record the website from which our site was accessed. The IP address of your computer is only stored for the time of your use of the website and is then immediately deleted or anonymised by shortening it. The remaining data is stored for a limited period of time.
