The following data protection information applies to the use of this website.
You can visit our websites without telling us who you are. In order to be able to display our web pages, it is recommended that you provide the data transmitted by your browser to our server (see “Log files”). Further personal data from you is only stored if you enter it voluntarily on the website or use corresponding functions, e.g. when entering data via our contact form.
Orders, customer account
In order to be able to order via our b2b online shop or to make use of our services, you must register via a user account. The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. We process this data for the purpose of fulfilling our service and for the communication with you required for this purpose (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO). The provision of further data may be helpful for the provision of services or enquiries, but is not mandatory (voluntary information).
You can have your user account deleted at any time by sending an e-mail to us at the contact details given under “Person responsible”, if necessary in compliance with retention periods under tax and commercial law.
We use this data exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes. This data is not passed on to third parties or other companies, except to the logistics companies commissioned by us to carry out the dispatch.
You can enter your personal data on our website in order to contact us. Only the information below the data marked with an asterisk is mandatory. The provision of further data may be helpful for processing your enquiry, but is not mandatory (voluntary information). With your consent, this data will be used and stored exclusively for the purpose of processing your message (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO). It will not be used for other purposes or passed on to third parties unless you expressly agree to this (consent).
Cookies are very small text files used by Internet sites, which your browser stores on your computer and can send certain information to us or, if applicable, to a third party.
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This enables your computer to be recognised when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
Persistent cookies are deleted automatically after a predefined period of time, which may differ depending on the cookie. Unlike transient cookies, deletion does not occur automatically when the browser is closed. However, you can also delete the cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.
Cookies that are absolutely necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user (“necessary cookies”) are processed by us within the scope of our legitimate interest in providing and operating the website on the basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. The following necessary cookies are set when you visit our website:
Designation: PS; Purpose: Session cookie for user login; Storage duration: Session.
Designation: PS; Purpose: to maintain the shopping basket; Storage period: Session
In addition, further information is stored or accessed on your terminal device that is not absolutely necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user. This information is only stored or accessed if you give your consent. Details on the type of information, the purpose of the processing, the storage period of the information as well as possible recipients of the data can be found in the further course of this data protection declaration.
You can set your browser so that it generally does not accept cookies or only certain cookies are stored or not stored. You can revoke any consent you may have given to the processing of data by means of cookies at any time in the future by deleting the corresponding cookies directly via the settings of your browser. You can find out more about this in the help system of your browser. If your browser rejects all cookies, it is possible that not all functions of this website can be used.
To manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and related consents, we use the consent tool “Real Cookie Banner”. Details on how “Real Cookie Banner” works can be found at https://devowl.io/rcb/data-processing/.
The legal bases for the processing of personal data in this context are Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the management of the cookies and similar technologies used and the related consents.
The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the personal data, we will not be able to manage your consents.
Links to fan pages / social media platforms
In order to provide customers, partners or other interested parties with up-to-date information and to get in touch with them, we operate so-called “fan pages” on the following social networks in addition to our own website: LinkedIn, XING.
The data processing is carried out by the provider of the social media platform. Data processing outside the European Union cannot be ruled out. The provider of the platform may provide us with aggregated usage data, but we do not have access to personal data if you merely visit the fan page. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. In the case of consent in the form of an opt-in (“tick box”, “activate button”) or any other form of obtaining consent, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Consent can be revoked at any time without giving reasons vis-à-vis the person to whom it was given, with effect for the future.

Each time you access our site, we collect the following information about your computer: your computer’s IP address, your browser’s request and the time of this request. In addition, we record the status and the amount of data transferred as part of this request, as well as product and version information about the browser used and the operating system of your computer. We also record the website from which our site was accessed. The IP address of your computer is only stored for the time of your use of the website and is then immediately deleted or anonymised by shortening it. The remaining data is stored for a limited period of time. We use this data for the operation of our website, in particular to detect and eliminate website errors, to determine the utilisation of the website and to make adjustments or improvements (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Embedded content from third parties (e.g. Google Maps, YouTube)
If content from third-party providers such as Google Maps or YouTube is displayed on our websites, the transmission of your IP address and the content shown under “Log files” to the third-party provider is necessary for the provision of this content and the display in your browser. This serves an appealing presentation of our website. The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have no influence on data processing by the third-party provider. If you are registered with a user account with the third-party provider, the third-party provider can assign your user behaviour to your user account. If applicable, the third-party provider stores your data as a user profile and uses it for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or designing its website to meet your needs. You must address any rights of objection to the creation of these user profiles to the third-party provider.
Revocation of consent and objection to data processing
If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
Where we base the processing of your personal data on the balance of interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is not necessary, in particular, for the fulfilment of a contract with you, which is shown by us in each case in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will review the merits of the case and either cease or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the processing.
You can object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of advertising and data analysis at any time.
You can send us your revocation or objection using the contact details under “Responsible party”.
You have the following rights in relation to us regarding personal data relating to you:
Right to information
Right to correction or deletion
Right to restrict processing
Right to object to processing
Right to data portability.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data.
